NOTICE OF MEETING LOCATION FY 2026 REMAINING BOARD MEETINGS HERITAGE HARBOUR NORTH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The remaining Fiscal Year 2026 Regular Meetings of the Board of Supervisors of the Heritage Harbour North Community Development District, which covers the period October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026, are scheduled to be held on the first Thursday of each month at 1:00 P.M., at the meeting location and dates listed below: Sanctuary Clubhouse (Community Room) 6835 Willowshire Way Bradenton, Florida 34212 February 5, 2026 March 5, 2026 April 2, 2026 May 7, 2026 June 4, 2026 July 2, 2026 - No Meeting August 6, 2026 September 3, 2026 The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for the meeting may be obtained from the office of the District Manager, JPWard & Associates, LLC, 2301 NE 37th Street, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33308, at least seven (7) days in advance of the meeting, or by phoning (954) 658-4900. The meeting agendas are also posted on the District's website at www.HeritageHarbourNorthcdd.org. These meetings may be cancelled or continued to a date, time and location specified on the record at the meeting.
