PUBLIC NOTICE INVITATION TO BID North Carolina Sheriffs' Association Heavy Equipment Procurement Program Bid 27-11-0421 Program Updates: To receive updates, go to https://ncsheriffs.org/procurement, and click on the "Click Here to Register" link within the "Register Online to Become a Procurement Vendor with NCSA" block and complete the form. When completing the form, you will need to select ''Heavy Equipment - North Carolina Sheriffs' Association". The NCSA will extend all contracts currently held under Bid 26-10-0422 for one additional year upon mutual agreement in addition to going out to bid under Bid 27-11-0421 for heavy equipment not currently held under contract. Both contracts will be effective May 18, 2026 – May 17, 2027. Pre-Bid Conference Date: The Pre-Bid Conference will be held via Zoom on February 26, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm EST for all vendors who intend on submitting a bid for Bid 27-11-0421. Meeting materials and log-in information will be provided to all who RSVP to kbeasley@ncsheriffs.net by February 13, 2026. Bid Submittals: The bid period will open on March 31, 2026, and close at 12 noon EST on April 21, 2026. All pricing and required bid documents must be uploaded in the Association's online bid system, VendorLink, for the bid to be considered.
