Public Notification for LOMRs Alton Terra Ceia {Manatee County Floodplain Management}, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1),] hereby gives notice of the Alton Terra Ceia located in Section 19, Township 33 South, Range 18 East in Manatee County intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located south of the intersection of US 41 and 89th Street East. Specifically, the flood hazard information will be revised within FEMA FIRM Panel #12081C0158F. As a result of the revision, the 1-percent- annual-chance water-surface elevations shall increase and be established, and the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain will increase, decrease and be established within the area of revision.
