NOTICE OF BUDGET WORKSHOPS LAKEWOOD RANCH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT 6 The Lakewood Ranch Community Development District 6 will hold Budget Workshops for the purpose of discussing the Fiscal Year 2027 Budget at the Lakewood Ranch Town Hall, 8175 Lakewood Ranch Boulevard, Lakewood Ranch, Florida on the following dates at 10:00 a.m.: Tuesday, March 24, 2026 Tuesday, April 21, 2026 Tuesday, May 26, 2026 The workshops are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law. The workshops may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the workshop. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will be participating by telephone or other communications media technology (CMT). Any person requiring special accommodations at any of these workshops because of a disability or physical impairment should contact Lakewood Ranch Town Hall at (941) 907-0202 at least two (2) calendar days prior to the workshops. In the event future orders, applicable law, or federal, state, local emergency declarations authorize, the workshops referenced above may be conducted remotely, using CMT pursuant to Executive Orders issued by Governor DeSantis, as such orders may be extended, and pursuant to Section 120.54(5)(b)2., Florida Statutes and/or additional applicable authority. Information regarding participation in any remote workshop may be found at the District's website or by contacting the District Manager at 941-907-0202. Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at the workshops is advised that he/she will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
