JACK COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING TO CONSIDER ESTABLISHING GUIDELINES AND CRITERIA GOVERNING TAX ABATEMENT FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS SCHEDULED FOR DECEMBER 23, 2025 Pursuant to Local Government Code 111.007, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Jack County Hospital District, dba Faith Community Health System, in the Board Room, located at 215 Chisolm Trail, Jacksboro Texas 76458 on December 23rd, 2025 at 12 Noon. The Jack County Hospital District's Board of Directors will consider the proposed Tax Abatement Guidelines and Criteria. Any person may attend and participate in the hearings and all citizens are encouraged to attend. At the conclusion of the public hearing, the Board of Directors may take action on the proposed Tax Abatement Guidelines and Criteria.
