Please accept this notice that the City of Bradenton Beach will hold public hearings on the dates and times specified above to consider the following: PUBLIC HEARINGS TO CONSIDER A MAJOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN consisting of a 15-guest room hotel with two habitable stories over parking and an outdoor pool area located at 2000 and 2104 Gulf Drive North, Bradenton Beach, Florida (Parcels #7431900005, #7431000004, and #7692700003). All interested parties may appear at the hearing and be heard regarding the major development application. Copies of the proposed application are on file at the City of Bradenton Beach City Hall and may be reviewed by the public between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays, exclusive of holidays.
