DEL WEBB EXPLORE NORTH RIVER RANCH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of the Del Webb Explore North River Ranch Community Development District ("District"), located in Manatee County, will hold an Organizational Meeting on December 1, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at Del Webb Bayview, Driftwood Club, Windsor Pearl Social Room 1, 8810 Barrier Coast Trail, Parrish, Florida 34219. The meeting is being held for the necessary public purpose of considering certain organizational matters of the Board to include election/designation of certain District officers, the appointment of staff including, but not limited to, manager, attorney, and others as deemed appropriate by the Board, and to conduct any other business that may come before the Board. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting.
