NOTICE OF SPECIAL WORKSHOP OF LAKEWOOD RANCH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT 6 The Board of Supervisors of the Lakewood Ranch Community Development District 6 will hold a special workshop regarding gate access protocol and options, technology improvements, and the discussion of the impact of the Roundabout Construction at the Intersection of University Parkway, Legacy Boulevard, and Deer Drive on Tuesday, December 9th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at Lakewood Ranch Town Hall, 8175 Lakewood Ranch Boulevard, Lakewood Ranch, Florida 34202. The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. The workshop may be continued as necessary to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the subject workshop. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will be participating by telephone or other communications media technology (CMT). Any person requiring special accommodations at this workshop because of a disability or physical impairment should contact Lakewood Ranch Town Hall at (941) 907-0202 at least two (2) calendar days prior to the workshop.
