NOTICE OF WORKSHOPS LAKEWOOD RANCH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT 4 The Lakewood Ranch Community Development District 4 will hold Safety Committee workshops for 2026 at the Lakewood Ranch Town Hall, 8175 Lakewood Ranch Boulevard, Lakewood Ranch, Florida, on the following dates at 7:00 p.m.: Monday, January 5, 2026 Monday, April 6, 2026 Monday, October 5, 2026 The workshops are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law. The workshops may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the workshop. Any person requiring special accommodations at any of these workshops because of a disability or physical impairment should contact Lakewood Ranch Town Hall at (941) 907-0202 at least two (2) calendar days prior to the workshop. Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these workshops is advised that he/she will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
