PUBLIC HEARING AND NOTICE Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) Fiscal Year 2024-2025 The City of Bradenton has prepared its Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program for the 2024-25 fiscal year ending September 30, 2025. The City of Bradenton will hold a public hearing on the CAPER on December 4, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. in the City Council Chambers at Bradenton City Hall, 101 Old Main St., Bradenton, FL 34205. This notice is also being published to make citizens aware that a 15-day comment period will begin on November 23, 2025, and will end on December 8, 2025. During this period, copies of the CAPER may be reviewed in person at the following location: City Hall, 101 Old Main Street, Bradenton, FL 34205. An electronic copy can be requested by emailing Housing@bradentonFL.gov. The purpose of this comment period and public hearing is to report on the progress the city has made in carrying out the 5-year Consolidated Plan and One-Year Action Plan, including the status of projects funded by CDBG and the amount of funds expended.
