NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING PALMS OF TERRA CEIA BAY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors ("Board") of the Palms of Terra Ceia Bay Community Development District will hold a special meeting of the Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Palmetto Branch Library 923 6th Street West, Palmetto, FL 34221. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for this meeting may be obtained from the District Manager, 435 10th Avenue West, Palmetto, FL 34221 or call (813) 344-4844. The meeting may be continued to a date, time and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location will be present a speaker telephone so that any Board Supervisor can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication.
