No Further Action Proposal "The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) gives notice that it proposes to approve a No Further Action Proposal with Institutional Controls or with Engineering and Institutional Controls and issue a Site Rehabilitation Completion Order with Conditions for a contaminated site. Palmetto Leased Housing Associates I, LLLP is seeking this order in reference to DEP Site ID # ERIC_7531/BR411201006, Reef at Riviera Apartments, 751 Haben Boulevard, Palmetto, Manatee County, Florida and intends to restrict exposure to contamination in the following manner: groundwater use restrictions consisting of limiting groundwater wells and dewatering without prior FDEP approval and restricting changes to the onsite lined stormwater pond without prior FDEP approval, and soil restrictions consisting of maintaining the existing cap consisting of the building pad, paved parking and drive areas, and greenspace buffer over the remaining contamination soil in accordance an Engineering Control Maintenance Plan.
