CITY OF BRADENTON, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Bradenton City Council will meet in regular session on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, 101 Old Main Street, Bradenton to consider the following item: Resolution No. 25-66 A resolution of the City Council for the City of Bradenton, Florida designating a Brownfield Area to be called the Tropicana – Public Works Site Reuse Area within the City for property located at 1706 9th St E, Bradenton, FL, Folio Number 4633211009 of approximately 28.3100 acres and 9th St E, Bradenton, FL, Folio Number 4687900059 of approximately 4.0800 acres (The “Brownfield Area”) for the purpose of environmental site rehabilitation and economic redevelopment; and providing for an effective date. The property totals 32.39 acres, more or less, and is illustrated on the map below. All interested persons and parties may appear either in person and be heard or submit written comments regarding the above matter to the Policy, Planning, Procedures & Real Estate Ad- ministrator, and they will be heard and considered. The hearing may be continued from time to time as necessary.
