After an incredible 42 years with Pioneer Title (and nearly 60 years in the title industry) Dean Shafer will be retiring at the end of the year.
Dean has been instrumental in PTC’s expansion into new counties, building title plants, and integrating them into our systems as our State Title Advisor. His depth of knowledge and leadership have made him one of the foremost title professionals in Idaho and an invaluable part of our company’s history and success.
This year also marks another milestone for Dean and his wife, Rita — their 50th wedding anniversary on Christmas Eve! To celebrate, they’re heading to their happy place — Disneyland — with their entire family: four children, seventeen grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. (Yes, they even have annual passes and go as often as they can!)
