COL-T-26-01 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 23, 2026, Columbine Telephone Company filed with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission an Application for authority to guaranty one loan in the principal amount of $38,220,991.10 to be made by National Cooperative Services Corporation to the Applicant's parent company Horizon Communications, Inc.
