NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS GREATER BOISE AUDITORIUM DISTRICT FACILITY TEST FIT STUDY The Greater Boise Auditorium District is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified consultant teams to perform a Facility Test Fit Study for a future District facility in downtown Boise, Idaho. The study will evaluate approximately 6.46 acres of land assembled by the District in the River Street neighborhood, within walking distance of Boise Centre. The selected team will develop a facility program, test multiple development alternatives under differing land control and right-of-way conditions, evaluate operations across a two-facility campus, and provide order-of-magnitude capital cost information. The anticipated study period is approximately five months. Selection will be based on qualifications only, and fee information shall not be submitted. Joint ventures are permitted. Statements of Qualifications are due no later than 3:00 PM Mountain Time on Wednesday, December 9, 2026.
