NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS BLAINE COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 61 CONSTRUCTION MANAGER / GENERAL CONTRACTOR SERVICES Blaine County School District No. 61 is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the Hailey Elementary School Replacement Project in Hailey, Idaho. The project consists of a new two-story elementary school of approximately 60,000 square feet to be built on the existing District campus while the current school remains in operation. The selected firm will provide preconstruction, bidding, and construction services under a Guaranteed Maximum Price. Selection will be based on qualifications only, and firms must hold a valid Idaho construction manager license and public works contractor license. Statements of Qualifications are due no later than 2:00 PM Mountain Time on Monday, November 9, 2026.
