Notice of Public Hearing The Housing Authority of the County of Wake has developed its FY2027 Public Housing Agency Annual Plan in accordance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. The Plan provides a ready source for interested parties to locate PHA policies, rules, and requirements concerning the PHA's operations and programs serving the needs of low-income and very low-income families in Wake County, North Carolina. The Annual Plan, Supporting Documents, Administrative Plan and Admissions and Occupancy Policies as well as the Capital Fund documents will be available for public review and comment for a 45-day period starting September 16, 2026. The documents will be available at www.wakecountyha.org as well as in the Lobby of the Administrative Office between the hours of 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM located at: 100 Shannon Drive Zebulon, North Carolina 27597 A Public Hearing will be held at the Wake County Commons Building, Room 103, 4011 Carya Drive, Raleigh, NC 27610 on November 18, 2026 at 12:30PM.
