NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to Idaho Code § 58-307(5), et seq. and according to procedure of the State Board of Land Commissioners, notice is hereby given that the Idaho Department of Lands is authorizing a commercial ground lease project, for industrial and commercial uses, located in T02N-R02E-S01; T02N-R03E-S06, Ada County, on Idaho state endowment trust lands. The project is currently planned to commence effective October 1, 2026, subject to change. Adler Industrial, LLC has made an application for the lease of endowment lands, the term of which will exceed 20 years. The public is invited to learn about the project and provide verbal or written comments. Location: Idaho Department of Lands Boise Bureau Office – 300 N. 6th St., Suite 103, Boise, ID 83702.
