NOTICE OF INCLUSION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN THE WEST BOISE SEWER DISTRICT, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO TO: ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That on the 13th day of August, 2026, pursuant to Idaho Code Section 42-3218, there was filed in the Office of the Board of Directors of the West Boise Sewer District, Ada County, Idaho, a Petition for the Inclusion of Certain Real Property in the West Boise Sewer District, by Louis X. Klinge, owner of certain real property located outside of said West Boise Sewer District, situated in the County of Ada, State of Idaho, and more particularly described as follows: A parcel of land located in the NW1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 12, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at the northeast corner of said Section 12; thence along the north boundary of said Section 12, A. N.88°40'39"W., 1321.84 feet; thence leaving said north boundary, B. S.00°20'41"W., 508.43 feet to the northwest corner of Colehaven No. 3 Subdivision, recorded on Page 1314 of Plats, records of Ada County, Idaho; thence along the west boundary of said Colehaven No. 3 Subdivision, C. S.00°20'41"W., 46.78 feet to the southeast corner of Darmody Place Subdivision, recorded on Page 5261 of Plats, records of Ada County, Idaho, and the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along said west boundary, 1. S.00°20'41"W., 325.11 feet; thence leaving said west boundary, 2. N.88°39'21"W., 329.87 feet; thence, 3. N.00°15'15"E., 124.93 feet; thence, 4. S.88°41'34"E., 200.12 feet; thence, 5. N.00°19'37"E., 199.97 feet to the south boundary of Darmody Place Subdivision; thence along said south boundary, 6. S.88°41'40"E., 130.00 feet to the southwest corner of Darmody Place Subdivision and the POINT OF BEGINNING. Petitioner states that he is aware that it will be the expense of the landowner to provide for such installations to connect to the lines of the District. The District may require payment of a reasonable filing fee in an amount to be determined by the Board, and reimbursement of the publication fee charged to the District for legal publication of notice of annexation. That the said Petitioner prays that the real property described herein be included in the West Boise Sewer District, Ada County, Idaho. That a public hearing on said Petition will be held at 7608 Ustick Road, Boise, Idaho, the office of the said West Boise Sewer District on the 8th day of September, 2026, at the hour of 7:15 pm, where all persons interested may appear and show cause in writing, if any they have, why said Petition should not be granted.
