Qualification of School Electors - Any person voting, or offering to vote in this Trustee Election must: be eighteen (18) years of age; a United States citizen who has resided in the state of Idaho and in the Boise School District at least thirty (30) days preceding the election; and must be registered to vote in the school district. Persons not registered to vote may register at the polling place, and will be required to furnish picture identification and proof of residency. Written Application for Absentee Voting by Mail – According to Idaho code, the ballots will be available for mailing on Monday, July 27, 2026. An application for an absentee ballot may be requested at any time up to August 21, 2026. The following information must be included in the written request: voter's full name, address, the address to which the ballot should be sent, and signature of the elector.
