NOTICE OF PENDING ELECTION NEW YORK IRRIGATION DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, an election may be held in the New York Irrigation District for the purpose of electing a director for Division #1. Division #1 is currently held by Bill Heyer. This is a three-year term, starting on January 1, 2027. The polling place for the New York Irrigation District will be at the District Administrative Office, 6616 W Overland Road, Boise, Idaho. Polls will open at 1:00 p.m. and close at 7:00 p.m. on the 3rd day of November 2026. No person shall be entitled to vote at said election unless he or she possesses all qualifications of electors under the general laws of the State and owns land within the New York Irrigation District. Written nominations must be filed with the Secretary of the District no more than 60 days and not less than 40 days prior to the election. Nominating petitions are available at the district office- 6616 W Overland Road, Boise, Idaho.
