LEGAL NOTICE Comments are being accepted on a proposed change to the regional transportation improvement program, the budget of transportation projects in Ada and Canyon Counties, to significantly increase the cost of an existing project. The City of Nampa requested to increase the construction costs on an intersection improvement project at Northside Boulevard and Karcher Road by almost $4.6 million to cover the final engineer's estimate. The cost increase is due to the complexity of the project and accommodating double truck trailers near the Amalgamated Sugar factory.
