REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) - The Idaho Water Resource Board (IWRB) requests a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified and experienced consultants to assist the IWRB with the Upper Snake River Basin WaterSMART Basin Study (Basin Study). The Consultant will support the IWRB throughout the Basin Study. RFQ information is available at the Idaho Department of Water Resources (IDWR), 322 E Front Street, Suite 648, Boise, Idaho, or online at www.idwr.idaho.gov/solicitations. This RFQ does not commit the IWRB to enter into a contract or to pay any costs incurred in preparing an SOQ or in subsequent negotiations.
