Legal Notice Intermountain Gas Company, an Idaho corporation with general offices lo- cated at 555 South Cole Road, Boise, Idaho, requests authorization through the Idaho Public Utilities Commission to issue and sell up to sixty million dollars ($60,000,000) of unsecured notes in the month of September 2026, with one or more maturity dates ranging from five (5) to forty (40) years from issuance. If approved, the unsecured notes will be used to refinance existing debt, and fund capital expenditures and support general corporate purposes of Intermountain Gas.
