Notice of Public Hearing Harris Ranch Community Infrastructure District No. 1 Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2027 The Harris Ranch Community Infrastructure District No. 1 (“HRCID”) intends to consider a resolution to reserve the right to recover foregone property tax increases for the fiscal year that begins Octobe 1, 2026, and ends September 30, 2027 (“FY-2027”). The public hearing to consider the resolution to reserve the right to recover foregone property taxes for the HRCID FY-2027 will be held pursuant to Idaho Code § 63-802. Immediately following will be the public hearing for consideration of the HRCID FY-2027 budget, pursuant to Idaho Code § 50-1002 and § 50-3114. Both public hearings will be held as a hybrid meeting, with online and in-person participation available at Boise City Hall, 150 North Capitol Boulevard, Boise, Idaho 83702, on August 11, 2026, at 1:00 p.mT. he public hearings have been rescheduled from their former date of July 28, 2026. Online viewing and participation are strongly encouraged. The budget is available for examination at City Hall or can be requested at boisetreasury@cityofboise.org. Written or oral comments about the proposed budget are welcome. Auxiliary aids or services for persons with disabilities are available upon 48 hours of advance notice.
