Public Notice - Call for Proposal WSIPC RFP 26-01 Technology Devices, Related Products and Services The Washington School Information Processing Cooperative (WSIPC) is now accepting vendor proposals for RFP 26-01 Technology Devices, Related Products and Services. WSIPC is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide technology devices, related products, and services to support the needs of educational entities, tribal organizations, and public agencies throughout the United States. Vendors interested in responding to this solicitation must submit an Intent to Participate Form (Appendix A of the RFP) to the WSIPC Contract Administrator at rfpadministration@wsipc.org no later than August 17, 2026. The RFP 26-01 Solicitation Document is available at www.wsipc.org under Purchasing. Electronic proposals must be received by 3:00 PM (Pacific Time) on Monday, September 14, 2026. Late proposals will not be accepted. WSIPC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities or irregularities, and revise the solicitation schedule, as necessary.
