PUBLIC HEARING - CITY OF EAGLE: Legal notice is hereby given that the City of Eagle will hold a public hearing at the date, time, and location stated within this notice to consider the following application(s): HEARING BODY: PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING DATE: August 17, 2026 MEETING TIME: 6:00 PM MEETING LOCATION: Eagle City Hall – Council Chambers APPLICATION INFORMATION / LOCATION: RZDA-2026-06 & CUP-2026-15 – Rezone with a Development Agreement (in Lieu of a Conditional Use Permit) and a Conditional Use Permit for a Building Height Waiver for a Building Height in Excess of Thirty-Five Feet for Premier Sports Pavilion – PSP Holdings LLC: PSP Holdings LLC, represented by Stephanie Hopkins with KM Engineering LLP, is requesting a rezone with a development agreement from MU (Mixed Use) to MU-DA (Mixed Use with a development agreement [in lieu of a conditional use permit]) for a Commercial Entertainment Facility (Indoor and Outdoor) for Premier Sports Pavilion. The applicant is also requesting conditional use permit approval for a building height waiver for a building in excess of thirty-five feet (35'). The 6.24-acre site is located on the south side of State Highway 44, approximately 0.22 miles west of North Horseshoe Bend Road, at Parcel #S0515417575. WRITTEN COMMENTS regarding this application must be received by the City no less than five (5) working days prior to the day on which the public hearing is scheduled (Eagle City Hall, 660 E. Civic Lane, Eagle, Idaho 83616). Qualified individuals who need accessible communication aids and services (or other accommodations) to participate in programs and activities are invited to make your needs and preferences known to the 504/ADA Coordinator (Eagle City Clerk), 208-939-6813. Please allow three (3) to five (5) days advanced notice so that your needs may be adequately met. The Ada County Highway District may also conduct public meetings regarding this application.
