Guard Street (Building 600), Boise, Idaho 83705, until 1:30 PM (local time) on August 10th, 2026, for Solicitation No. NGBID-26-B-012 – Pavement Maintenance Service Contract Bids may be hand-delivered or mailed. Description of Work The Idaho Military Division is soliciting competitive bids to establish a full-service Pavement Maintenance service contract. Services include Industrial sweeping of parking lots, taxiways, aircraft aprons, sealing asphalt cracks, seal coating of existing asphalt surfaces. Minor pothole repair. Parking lot stripe painting, along with removal of accumulated debris from pavement edges and corners, general cleaning with standard industry cleaning of parking lots The term of this contract shall be one (1) year, with the option to renew for four (4) additional one (1)-year terms by mutual agreement. The total value of any individual Work Order issued under this Contract shall not exceed $200,000 unless otherwise approved in writing by the Idaho Military Division. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho will be required of the successful bidder prior to award of a contract.
