This notice is being given pursuant to Idaho Code Section 67-2808. The sole source procurement is between the City of Boise, Department of Information Technology, and Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI). The City intends to purchase and standardize to the following: Enterprise GIS Licensing.
