INTO THE NORTH ADA COUNTY FIRE & RESCUE DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 13th day of July, 2026, at the hour of 4:00 p.m. of said day at the Administrative Office and Fire Station located at 5800 Glenwood, Garden City, Idaho, the Commissioners of the North Ada County Fire & Rescue District will hold a hearing on the petition of the below stated property owner for annexation of its real property, consisting of 3 parcels, which is described as follows: PETITIONER: The Highlands, Inc.
