VALLEY REGIONAL TRANSIT LEGAL NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS PROJECT TITLE: Solicitation No. RFP ST-BASE-OPS-26-2 VRT is accepting Proposals for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Service Provider Rides to Wellness as set forth in the contract documents for RFP ST-BASE-OPS-26-2. Submissions will be received by email at procurement@ridevrt.org until 4:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, July 22, 2026. Questions regarding the RFP are due by 4:00 p.m. MT on Friday, July 10, 2026. Questions can be sent to Kevin Womack, VRT Procurements, at procurement@ridevrt.org Subject: RFP ST-BASE-OPS-26-2. This federally-funded project entails professional services to: Valley Regional Transit (VRT) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced respondents (individuals or firms) to establish a "Services Agreement." This service will provide "Non-Emergency Medical Transportation to designated clinics in Ada and Canyon counties" The RFP packet can be found on VRT's website at https://www.valleyregionaltransit.org/about-us or requested by email. In determining the most advantageous proposal, the Owner will consider all acceptable proposals on a basis consistent with the procurement package. The Owner will also consider whether the proposal is a responsible proposal. Before a contract will be awarded for work contemplated herein, the Owner will conduct such investigation as is necessary to determine the performance record and ability of the Offerors to perform the size and type of work specified under this contract. Upon request, the Offeror shall submit such information as deemed necessary by the Owner to evaluate the Offeror's qualifications. All submissions must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign. Valley Regional Transit reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the proposals received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of Valley Regional Transit. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or disability in consideration for an award of any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement.
