Bids packets will be accepted at the Idaho Transportation Department at 3311 W. State Street, Boise, Idaho 83703, until 10:59:59 a.m. local time Monday, July 6th, 2026, according to the Bid Package Schedule deadline. A public bid opening will be held at the Idaho Transportation Department following the closing time for receipt of bids. Bidders and other interested parties are invited to be present at bid opening. A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the procurement of all materials and installation of a new campus irrigation system. Bidders are required to supply all labor, equipment, and specified components to construct a fully operational, automated system.
