LEGAL NOTICE IDAHO POWER COMPANY APPLICATION TO THE IDAHO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION FOR AUTHORITY TO ISSUE SECURITIES Notice is hereby given that on June 4, 2026, Idaho Power Company filed an Application with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") for authority to issue up to $1,500,000,000 Aggregate Principal Amount of First Mortgage Bonds and Debt Securities ("Application"). The Application is on file with the Commission and is available for public review on the Commission's website. Any person desiring to comment on said Application must, on or before June 25, 2026, file petitions or protests with the Commission. If no protests are received within this time limit, the Commission may consider the Application and enter its Order without setting the matter for hearing. If written protests are filed with the Commission within the time limit set, the Commission will consider the same and at its discretion may set a hearing.
