JOSEPH PAUL HOLBROOK aka JOE HOLBROOK and GINA CATHLEEN HOLBROOK, husband & wife, IDAHO STATE TAX COMMISSION, MOSSYTREE INC., U.S. BANK N.A. dba U.S. BANK EQUIPMENT FINANCE, and MONTANA BOAT RENTALS, LLC,
Defendants.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 9th day of July, 2026, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., on the front steps of the Ada County Public Safety Building located at 7200 Barrister Drive Boise, ID 83704, I will in obedience to said Default Judgment of Foreclosure Against Defendant Holbrooks ("Judgment") and Writ of Execution, sell real property ("Property") located at 771 E. Loggers Pass St., Meridian Idaho 83642, legally described as:
Lot 26 in Block 1 of GLACIER SPRINGS SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, filed in Book 91 of Plats at pages 10852 and 10853, and as amended by an affidavit recorded January 19, 2007 as Instrument No.107008833, Records of Ada County, Idaho.
Said sale shall be subject to the 6-month statutory redemption right. The sale price (other than a credit bid from the above Plaintiff) shall be paid for cash or certified funds in lawful money of the United States of America and is due in full upon the date of sale. The proceeds of said sale shall be applied first to the costs of execution and sale, then to all debts under the mortgage as described in the judgment.
The Sheriff, by Certificate of Sale, will transfer the right, title, and interest of the judgment debtor in and to the property. The Sheriff shall also give possession but does not guarantee clear title nor continued possessory right to the purchaser.
