NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that on June 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., the Idaho Housing and Finance Association ("IHFA") will conduct a public hearing at the offices of IHFA located at 565 West Myrtle Street, Boise, Idaho, First Floor Conference Room, regarding IHFA's issuance of its Nonprofit Facilities Revenue Bonds (North Star Charter School Project), Series 2026 (Credit Enhancement) pursuant to Section 145 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, in an aggregate principal amount of up to $18,000,000 (the "Bonds"), in one or more series as part of a plan of finance, for the purpose of making a loan or loans to North Star Charter School, Inc., an Idaho nonprofit corporation (the "Borrower") to: (i) refund IHFA's Nonprofit Facilities Revenue Refunding Bonds (North Star Charter School, Inc. Project), Series 2014A, IHFA's Nonprofit Facilities Revenue Refunding Capital Appreciation Subordinate Bonds (North Star Charter School, Inc. Project), Series 2014B, and IHFA's Nonprofit Facilities Revenue Refunding Bonds (North Star Charter School, Inc. Project), Series 2014C (Federally Taxable), the respective proceeds of which were loaned to the Borrower to finance and/or refinance the acquisition of certain land and the construction of certain public charter school facilities and improvements thereon located at 839 N. Linder Road, Eagle, Idaho (the "Elementary Facilities"), (ii) refinance a loan to the Borrower from Mountain America Federal Credit Union that financed the acquisition of existing public charter school facilities located at 8900 N. Horseshoe Bend Road, Boise, Idaho (the "Highschool Facilities" and together with the Elementary Facilities, collectively the "Facilities") and finance certain capital improvements to the Highschool Facilities, (iii) fund a debt service reserve fund, and (iv) pay certain costs associated with the issuance of the Bonds. The Facilities and any related property or equipment will be owned and operated by the Borrower. Neither the State of Idaho nor any county, municipal corporation, quasi-municipal corporation, subdivision, or agency of the State is obligated to pay the principal or interest on the Bond. No local or state tax funds or revenue have been committed to pay the principal or interest on the Bond. This public hearing is required by the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.
