LEGAL NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Eagle Fire Station #4 Sealed bid proposals for Eagle Fire Station #4 project will be received in-person at Eagle Fire District office located at 1119 E. State Street, Suite 240, Eagle, ID 83616, until 2:00PM MST on June 30th, 2026. Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted. Bid must be made valid for a minimum of a forty-five (45) day period. All bids must be hand-delivered in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the following: - Sealed Bid Enclosed - Project Name: Eagle Fire Station #4 - Bid Package Number and Description: (Example: BD-2 Landscape & Irrigation) - Legal Company Name and Address of the Bidder Any questions related to the project requirements shall be directed to the Construction Manger, Wright Brothers, The Building Company, Eagle LLC, in writing via email to Brian Ellway at bellway@wbnation.com no later than 5:00 PM MST on June 17th, 2026. A non-mandatory public pre-bid conference will be held at the project site, 2489 S. Three Bridges Way, Eagle, ID 83616 at 1:00 PM MST on June 15th, 2026. Subcontractors and other interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend. Bids will be opened publicly following the bid submission deadline. No bid may be withdrawn after the bid opening or before contract award, unless the award is delayed for more than forty-five (45) days. The Eagle Fire District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities, and accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the District in accordance with applicable law.
