CONSTRUCTION MANAGER / GENERAL CONTRACTOR (CM/GC) SERVICES RFQ INCA is separately seeking qualifications from qualified Idaho licensed Construction Managers / General Contractors to provide CM/GC services for the same Phase 2 campus expansion project. The project consists of approximately 31,000 SF of new construction, including a two-story academic building, gymnasium facility, and associated site development to be constructed on an active occupied K-12 campus.
