LEGAL NOTICE Public Meeting Announcement Suntec Concrete, Inc. An informational meeting will be held at the Bown Crossing Branch of the Boise Public Library located at 2153 E. Riverwalk Dr. in Boise, Idaho from 2:45 pm to 3:45 pm on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, in the Martie Brennan Multipurpose Room in accordance with the Rules for the Control of Air Pollution in Idaho, Idaho Administrative Code, IDAPA 58.01.01.213.02 – Permit to Construct Procedures for Pre-Permit Construction. Suntec Concrete, Inc. (Suntec) is a commercial concrete construction company and is contracted to continue its work at Micron. Suntec is proposing to modify their existing concrete batch plant facility for the replacement and relocation of existing equipment with no changes to permitted concrete production throughputs. The purpose of the meeting is to inform the general public of Suntec's proposed changes to the facility. In addition, this meeting will serve to fulfill the air quality pre-permit construction requirements per IDAPA 58.01.01.213.02.
