You are hereby notified that in order to defend this lawsuit, an appropriate written response must be filed with the above-designated Court, at the Ada County Courthouse located at 200 W Front St, Boise, ID 83702, (208) 287-6900, within twenty-one (21) days after the last date of publication of this Summons. If you fail to so respond the Court may enter judgment against you as demanded by the Plaintiff in his Complaint to Quiet Title and for Declaratory Judgment.
A copy of the Complaint to Quiet Title and for Declaratory Judgment is on file with the Clerk of the Court and may be reviewed during regular business hours.
