DPW 22513 Idaho State Police Combined Labs Bid Package: #1 - All Work Pre-Bid Meeting: May 20, 2026 2:00 p.m. MDT Bids Due: June 17, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. MDT Request for Proposals Hoffman Construction Company, Construction Manager/General Contractor ("CM/GC") for DPW 22513 Idaho State Police Combined Labs ("Project") being performed for The State of Idaho, Department of Administration, Division of Public Works ("Owner") requests sub-bid proposals for Bid Package #1 - All Work. This bid package includes the following: Earthwork, Concrete, Masonry, Steel, Architectural Millwork, Waterproofing, Architectural Sheet Metal and Formed Metal Wall Panels, Roofing, Doors, Frames and Hardware, Exterior and Interior Glazing, Walls and Ceilings, Tiling, Resilient Flooring and Carpet, Resinous Flooring, Paint and Wall Coverings, Signage, Accordion Folding Partitions, Specialties, Appliances, Laboratory Equipment, Window Coverings and Drapery, Fire Suppression, Mechanical, Plumbing and HVAC, Electrical, Fencing, Site Furnishings and Landscaping and Irrigation. A non-mandatory, but strongly encouraged, pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for 2:00 p.m. MDT, May 20, 2026 on Microsoft Teams only. Meeting link at www.hoffmancorp.com/trade-partners. Statements made at the pre-bid meeting by representatives of the Contractor, Owner, Architect, Engineers, and/or others are not binding and do not change the RFP documents or bidding requirements unless such statements are confirmed by written Addendum to the RFP. Proposals must utilize the specified PROPOSAL FORM and AFFIDAVITS and be delivered or emailed to arrive at Hoffman Construction Company of America at 420 W Washington St., Suite A, Boise, Idaho 83702, Email BIDS@hoffmancorp.com, no later than 2:00 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time, June 17, 2026. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Owner's Representative. Visit www.hoffmancorp.com/trade-partners for Teams link to bid opening. A completed Subcontractor/Vendor Questionnaire including latest year-end safety and financial information must accompany the proposal unless previously submitted. Questionnaire can be found at https://www.hoffmancorp.com/trade-partners/#prequalification and may be attached as a separate file or submitted separately. Elaborate proposals or the inclusion of non-essential information e.g. marketing/promotional material, safety manuals, resumes, etc. is strongly discouraged. Proposals that are materially incomplete, do not include current Questionnaire with latest year-end safety and financial information (unless previously submitted), are directed to other locations or received after the bid deadline will not be considered. Bidders must be properly licensed Idaho Public Works Contractors per Idaho Statues Title 54 Chapter 19 and other applicable statutes. A Contractor Controlled Insurance Program ("CCIP") for on-site operations is being provided for general liability.
