Description of Work The Idaho Military Division is soliciting competitive bids to establish a full-service elevator maintenance contract. Services include inspection, testing, preventive maintenance, repair, replacement, and emergency call-out services for elevators. The objective is to ensure safe, reliable, and code-compliant elevator operation. The term of this contract shall be one (1) year, with the option to renew for four (4) additional one (1)-year terms by mutual agreement. The cost of any individual task order issued under this Contract shall not exceed $150,000. Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above time and date.
