SHOSHONE-PAIUTE TRIBES OF THE DUCK VALLEY RESERVATION INVITATION TO BID Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) Broadband Infrastructure Deployment Project TBCP Round Two Project The Shoshone-Paiute Tribes of the Duck Valley Reservation ("Owner") is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) Broadband Infrastructure Deployment Project to serve approximately 510 Broadband Serviceable Locations (BSLs) within the Duck Valley Reservation. The Project generally consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the complete underground installation of fiber optic broadband infrastructure, including trenching/directional boring, conduit, fiber, handholes, vaults, splicing, testing, customer drops, ONT installation, restoration, and all related work necessary for a complete turnkey FTTH network.
