DPW 25202 BSU Lab Buildout Phase 2 MCMR Bid Package: #2 - Doors, Frames and Hardware Re-Bid Bids Due: May 19, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Mountain DAYLIGHT Time Request for Proposals Hoffman Construction Company of America, Construction Manager/General Contractor ("CM/GC") for DPW 25202 BSU Lab Buildout Phase 2 MCMR ("Project") being performed for The State of Idaho, Department of Administration, Division of Public Works ("Owner") requests sub-bid proposals for Bid Package #2 - Doors, Frames and Hardware Re-Bid. BIDS MUST UTILIZE THE SPECIFIED PROPOSAL FORM and be delivered or emailed to arrive at Hoffman Construction Company, 420 W Washington St, Suite A, Boise, ID 83702 or Email to BIDS@hoffmancorp.com, no later than 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time, May 19, 2026. Bids that are materially incomplete, do not include Affidavits, are directed to other locations or received after the bid deadline will not be considered. A completed Subcontractor/Vendor Questionnaire including latest year-end safety and financial information must accompany the proposal unless previously submitted. Questionnaire can be found at https://www.hoffmancorp.com/trade-partners/#prequalification and may be attached as a separate file or submitted separately. Elaborate proposals or the inclusion of non-essential information e.g. marketing/promotional material, safety manuals, resumes, etc. is strongly discouraged. Proposals that are materially incomplete, do not include current Questionnaire with latest year-end safety and financial information (unless previously submitted), are directed to other locations or received after the bid deadline will not be considered. Bidders must be properly licensed Idaho Public Works Contractors per Idaho Statues Title 54 Chapter 19 and other applicable statutes. A Contractor Controlled Insurance Program ("CCIP") for on-site operations is being provided for general liability. Refer to proposal documents for complete proposal requirements and additional information. Proposal documents may be examined at local plan centers, viewed and/or downloaded without charge at www.hoffmancorp.com/trade-partners.
