ADVERTISEMENT REQUEST FOR BIDS EAGLE URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY: EAST STATE STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Commissioners of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eagle, commonly known as the Eagle Urban renewal Agency ("EURA") for the State Street Improvement Project. EURA desires to receive bids from qualified contractors for the construction of said public works construction project. The project generally consists of: the construction of certain sidewalk, landscaping and parking improvements along and within a portion of the East State Street right of way. All bids must be sealed and submitted to and received by the EURA Legal Counsel on or before May 27, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. MST. Emailed bids will not be accepted. A pre-bid conference will be conducted on May 11, 2026, at 1:00 pm at Eagle City Hall. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the terms of the project Bid and Contract Documents. Bids are to be labeled EURA EAST State Street Improvement Project and delivered to the Attention of Todd Lakey, Legal Counsel Meridian Development Corporation, at the following address: Lakey-Villegas Law, 141 E. Carlton Ave., Meridian, Idaho 83642. Availability of Contract and Bid Documents: Contract and Bid Documents may be obtained from EURA's Project Engineer at the address below. To receive a copy of the project documents an interested party must complete the registration form and provide it to the EURA Project Engineer prior to receipt of the documents. Antonio Conti, P.E. Only responses requiring a change to the Contract Documents will be provided to all registered bidders. Those responses will be provided in the form of an Addendum. Informational only responses will be provided verbally or in email as received. Any addenda will be provided to all registered bidders. All bids shall be valid and effective for sixty (60) days following the bid opening. The Project may not be commenced until after June 27, 2026, so that construction does not interfere with Eagle Fun Days. EURA desires that the project be completed as soon as reasonably possible thereafter. Bidders must include in their bids the dates for substantial completion and final completion in their bid. All bids must be signed by the individual authorized to act on behalf of the submitting entity or individual. This invitation for bids is for public works construction in accordance with Idaho Code Section 67-2805.
