CORE Construction | Idaho Request applications for qualification from DPW licensed subcontractors for the following project: HISTORIC BOISE DEPOT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 2603 West Eastover Terrace Boise, Idaho 83706 In general, the project consists of a exterior Historic Restoration of approximately 15,500 square feet Historic Boise Depot Improvement Project is seeking prequalified contractors to perform exterior Historic Restoration work aimed at preserving the structure's architectural integrity. The scope includes: Installation of scaffolding for full building access; repair and restoration of existing stucco; rehabilitation of historic window and door millwork and casework; roofing repairs; and restoration of stone and structural masonry. Additional work includes selective framing, drywall, and plaster repairs, followed by interior and exterior painting. Qualified firms with experience in historic preservation are encouraged to submit for prequalification. The project is estimated between $2,500,000 to $4,000,000 Anticipated request for proposals will be issued on or about MAY 13, 2026, with bids due JUNE 4, 2026.
