GREENBELT COMPLETION, BOISE STATE UNIVERSITY
Boise State University (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Greenbelt Completion, Boise State, Key No. 22385
Sealed bids will be received by Boise State University at Architectural and Engineering Services building, located at 1113 Euclid Avenue, Boise, ID 83706 until 1:00 PM, local time, Wednesday, May 13th.
Bids will be opened and publicly announced at the above location and time.
The Project includes the following Work:
Reinforced cement concrete pathway pavement reconstruction and widening, and relocation of pedestrian scale light poles and emergency kiosks. Project also includes a concrete thickened edge (short wall), metal railings, tree root barrier, a bench, and refuse containers
Obtaining the Bidding Documents
The Bid documents must be purchased and downloaded electronically from the designated website, at: https://qcpi.questcdn.com/cdn/posting/?group=8032542&provider=8032542&projType=all via QuestCDN for $22.00.
The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
Questions will be accepted only through the designated website. The deadline for submitting questions will be Friday May 8th at 1:00 PM local time.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this Work.
Pre-bid Conference
An on-site pre-bid meeting for the Project will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the project site, near the west end of the project. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. Bidders are responsible for parking and will not be compensated for any parking fees/costs.
