THE SUBJECT PROJECT IS A CMGC DELIVERY METHOD. AS SUCH WILL COMPLY WITH IDAHO STATUTES TITLE 54 CHAPTER 4511. IN GENERAL:
The project consists of a new 6, 238 square feet of interior Build Out with building systems and site improvements. For an emergency medical service (EMS) building. Scope includes the interior improvements incorporating dorm rooms, kitchen, day room shower rooms, laundry, secured medical storage, chart room and ambulance bay storage.
Scope includes interior and exterior concrete, curb and gutters, asphalt paving, landscaping, parking lot striping, signs and accessories, interior framing, insulation, gypsum wallboard and ceiling, acoustical ceiling tiles, carpet tile and resilient flooring and base, tile, paint, millwork and casework, appliances, doors, frames and hardware, laundry room and toilet accessories, signage, window coverings, fire extinguishers and cabinets, Scope also includes the complete and operational fire suppression, plumbing systems, HVAC Systems, electrical and low voltage, and fire alarm systems.
THE PROJECT IS ESTIMATED BETWEEN $2,000,000 TO $3,000,000
ANTICIPATED REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS WILL BE ISSUED ON OR ABOUT April 24, 2026, WITH BIDS DUE ON OR ABOUT May 14, 2026.
TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PROVIDE A BID PROPOSAL ON THIS PROJECT, EACH SUBCONTRACTOR MUST BE PRE-QUALIFIED THROUGH CORE CONSTRUCTION, PURSUANT TO IDAHO STATUTES TITLE 54, CHAPTER 45,54-4511
