Hardcopies are available for duplication/mailing fees and with prior notice to coordinate pickup or delivery. This bid is for the construction of the collector roads connecting to the underpass that was previously constructed under HWY 55 and the right in right out intersections on the east and west side of HWY 55. Materials quantities and specifications are provided in the Procurement Set Plans and Bid Schedule. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities in the proposals received and to accept the proposal(s) that are in the best interest of the Owner. The Owner intends to award the contract to one general contractor; however, the Owner reserves the right to award to more than one proposer. The bidder will be deemed non-responsive and the bid will be rejected by the Owner if the below important dates are not met.
