Legal Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Idaho Code § 30-23-808, that Evans Keane LLP, an Idaho limited liability partnership (the "Partnership"), was dissolved pursuant to the Idaho Uniform Partnership Act on February 20, 2026. A claim against the Partnership must be in writing and mailed to the Partnership at the following address: 3613 N. Bunchberry Way, Boise, Idaho 83704. The written claim must include the following information: the identity of the party making the claim, the amount of the claim, the basis of the claim, and date that the claim originated. A claim against the Partnership will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced not later than three (3) years after publication of this Notice. The barring of a claim against the Partnership will also bar any corresponding claim against any partner or person dissociated as a partner based on section 30-23-306, Idaho Code.
